Doggy Snack Satchel – Treat Pouch for Training, Walking & Travel

This is my third, and hopefully my last treat pouch. The first one I lost on the second day because it had a crappy plastic clip and nothing else to secure it, so it just fell off somewhere. So I tried another one, which was advertised as having belt straps on the back, but instead came with a crappy plastic clip. Because this one also had a carabiner, I managed not to lose it, but the plastic clip would either come off the pocket I had attached it to, or it would come off the treat pouch itself. After a few months I eventually lost the plastic clip and it still worked with the carabiner, but dangling instead of attached. At that point, I'd had enough.Finally, I found this product! It has a proper large metal clip that will not come off the pouch and stays attached to whatever you put it on. It also has adjustable straps that can be used like a belt around the waist, or like a bag strap across the body. AND it has belt straps on the back too, so there are three different ways to secure this pouch, and all of them work.In addition, this is a well-made pouch with fabric that seems like it will be very durable and easy to clean. It has a poop bag dispenser, a mesh pocket, plus another pocket in addition to the main treat pouch, so you can use it to carry keys/phone on your walks. The magnets on the treat pouch actually work and will keep it closed, unlike that first pouch I got that was supposed to do that but left big gaps.Now that I know Mighty Paw makes quality products, I will look for them again if I'm looking for more dog accessories.

I was going back and forth over which pouch to buy and I’m glad I didn’t let any of the negative reviews steer me away from this one.I’m no dog trainer but I wanted to give my sweet GSP puppy a strong connection to the commands I wanted to teach her.I’m a 5’9 average build male and the bag was not too big or small. It’s sturdy enough to carry good amount of food, I usually carry about 1 cup of kibble which there is plenty of room for more if you wanted depending on your treat size.I prefer the belt clip and it’s been solid. Even with about 1-2 cups of kibble, I can put my truck key and fob in the mesh, and still use the zipper pocket as a place to hold my phone. The spot for the poop bags is great also.The magnet is strong and keeps kibble inside the bag great, no spilling or falling out. The magnet does it’s job but the pouch can also remain open when you want it to. There is no annoying reopening each and every time you want a treat. Based on other reviews I was worried about the loud shutting of the magnet; to me it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. It’s as loud as makes sense for the product, nothing alarming or distracting.The only thing I don’t enjoy is when I’m almost out of treats, it does take a little bit to fiddle around to find a treat but it’s no where near to give this pouch anything less than a 5 star rating.My pup and I both really enjoy this bag.

I love this treat case. Its very easy to open with 1 hand, due to its magnetic closure, which was useful when I broke my wrist in February. I was surprised to see these are made in my hometown (Rochester, NY). They hold a lot of treats, holds 4 dog poop bags & 2 hand sanitizers in the larger zippered pocket. Also in the mesh I'm able to carry 2 dog seat belts. 10/10 would buy again I love this treat bag.

So far seems like a very well made product, it’s truly waterproof. Durable, good quality. I’ve only had few weeks but I do serious hiking & it’s held up in the rain, holds everything we need. I think perfect size for what I need it for. Love the built in poop bag holder & came w/ free roll poop bags. I thought price was good for quality.

What’s in Your Dog Treat Bag? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I love this bag❤️ Having spent a small fortune in my quest for the right bag/purse to carry walking, hiking, training with the dogs I’m so delighted to come across this little gem so much so most days it doubles as my everyday purse while out and about.~ It’s compact, lightweight, sturdy with a generous use of materials and still looks great after several months of snow, rain, mud, general bang around use with the occasional “inspection and testing” by the dogs (and cats). Very easy to clean.~ The strap is long, easy to adjust with tight grips.~ The belt clip and loops are positioned high enough so the top of the bag doesn’t dig into my lower rib.~ Easy access to main compartment with a strong magnetic clasp strong sealing the opening.~ My iPhone 12 Pro fits easily into the main compartment although using with a bulky case or going with a larger phone might be a tight fit.~ The only thing I’d add is a slip pocket in the main compartment for the phone but hey, it’s a doggie treat bag, and I’m happy😃*What’s in My Dog Treat Bag?~ Poop bags in meshed section at the front (we use bags with handles).~ Keys with fob in the zippered Poop Bag compartment on the side.~ Treats in the front zippered compartment.~ Phone and schtuff in main.Note: there are a few wee holes in the mesh lovingly created by our seven month old puppy who has absconded with the bag on numerous occasions over the past three months 😄
