Important Safety & Use Notes 🔌
The heated pad may not feel warm to the touch when unused - this is normal. K&H heated products are designed to warm only when your cat is lying on them.
To test: place a pillow on the pad for ~20 minutes. It should feel warm (not hot) underneath.
